Who we are

After graduating from Towson University in 2009, I immediately began working for my mother’s interior painting company, Columbia Interior Faux Finishes. The experience of working in a high-end interior painting company for the past ten years has developed my knowledge and skills to pursue a career as the “Painting Perfectionist.” In 2019 I married my now wife in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, and in March 2020, we had our first baby boy, Tristan David Roy-Harrison. When I am not painting or with my family, you can find me enjoying the outdoors. To say I love to fish, hunt, and be outside in nature would be an understatement. I’m totally obsessed. I also Love to travel. 

I started Columbia Interior Faux Finishes 25 years ago with my best friend. During that time I have developed an expertise in creative faux finishes, marbleizing, stripes, stencils, etc. I love to paint, meet new clients, and transform rooms from old and outdated to new and revitalized. I am the mother of three and grandmother of five. My hobbies are reading, learning Spanish, taking my grandkids on adventures and traveling.
