Two Tone Kitchen Cabinets with Handle Install

$4,300

In this kitchen, we painted the top cabinets white (Chantilly Lace) with a darker blue (Providence Blue) on the bottom and installed larger brushed nickel handles in both the doors and drawers.

These darker cabinets took three top coats after our primer to fully cover.

Two Tone Kitchen Cabinets

$3,925

Here we did a two tone on these Kitchen Cabinets with a light gray (York Gray) on top and a darker gray (Sparrow) for the bottoms.

Painting the larger side cabinets the bottom color, Sparrow really helped accentuating the two colors.

Stripe and Faux Accent Walls with Hole Repair

$3,900

On this project, we painted two bedrooms with a stripe accent wall in each, a bathroom, and a loft with a combed linen faux finish accent wall.

Two coats on walls only, full drywall repair and caulk and touch-up of ceiling and trim.

Also included was 25 drywall hole repairs from blown-in insulation.

Two Tone Cabinets and Kitchen

$5,665

Two tone kitchen cabinets with sprayed frames and two coats on ceiling, walls, and trim of kitchen.

Cabinet frames are individually masked off, countertops, appliances, and floors are completely covered, and an exhaust fan is set up in the window to expel all overspray in the air.

Kitchen Cabinets

$3,700

This was our typical cabinet routine. We clean, sand, caulk, prime and paint two coats on both sides of the cabinet doors, drawer facings and on the exterior of the cabinet sides, bottoms and frames.

All doors and drawers are removed and reinstalled after adequate drying time.

Brick Fireplace, Mantle, and Wood Panel Basement

$2,065

After priming this brick fireplace and used multiple different combinations of the wall and trim color and painted each brick individually. We then put a glaze over the entire fireplace to blend the colors of the bricks together.

The wood mantle took one coat of primer and three coats of Matte black paint.

After caulking and repair, we painted two coats on the ceiling, walls, and all trim.

New Home Re-paint

$5,695

Brand new home re-paint.

We painted this entire house our clients just had built. Because the trim/doors and ceilings were just painted by the builders and there were only minor repairs from the house settling, the clients were able to save by just changing the colors of the walls.

Rooms painted but not included in pictures: Family Room, Kitchen, Butler Pantry, Stairway, and Basement Sitting Area.

Kitchen Cabinet Faux (Glaze with Glaze detail)

$3,000

Here we started with our normal routine of painting cabinets; degreasing/cleaning, sanding, cleaning again, caulking, priming and painting two coats (See “Cabinet Painting” for more details on our process).

$2,900 (Additional)

We then put a subtle glaze on all cabinets, doors and drawers and, as seen in the photos, used a small artist brush to apply a much darker glaze detail in the corners and crevices. Once dry, we  applied two coats of polyurethane.

Basement: Painted Brick and Entertainment Center

$2,500

By painting this brick and dark entertainment center a lighter color we completely changed the feel of this room. Using the proper stain blocking primers for both the brick and wood was vital to ensuring proper paint coverage. We painted the entertainment center a bright white semi gloss and used multiple combinations of greys, whites, and sea salt green (the wall color) to paint each brick individually.

Master Suite

$1900.00

Here we did two coats on walls, ceilings, and all trim and doors in this master bedroom, closet, and master bath. We used Benjamin Moore’s “Iceberg” for the walls in the bed and bath and a bright white semi-gloss in the closet.
